Conditions for planning your stay
Prices and VAT: the indicative rates on this page include VAT and American breakfast. Holiday rates are quoted separately.
Deposit: a 20% deposit is required for regular dates and 50% for holidays. The usual deadline to pay the deposit is 24 hours. Coordinate payment and reservation confirmation with reception.
Payments: we accept cash, bank transfers and cards, with no surcharge for the payment method.
Children and cots: children aged 3 and under stay at no charge when sharing a bed with their parents. Children aged 15 and under who are charged receive a USD 5 discount per child, per night. Provide their ages and confirm the bed layout when requesting a quote. Cots are not available.
Pets: pets are accepted on request. A one-time fee of USD 35 per pet, per stay applies. Confirm pet admission with reception before booking. In common areas, pets must be on a leash, remain beside their owner and avoid noise that disturbs other guests.
Early check-in and late check-out: each carries a surcharge of 50% of the nightly rate for the room type booked. You may request arrival up to 6 hours before the standard check-in time or departure up to 6 hours after the standard check-out time. Coordinate your request with reception before your stay.
Luggage: you can leave your bags in our luggage storage at no charge.
Accessibility: we have wheelchair access and one adapted room for guests with disabilities. Confirm availability and your specific requirements with reception before booking. There is no lift; other rooms require stairs.
Transfers: all transfers have an additional charge. Contact reception to coordinate the service and confirm the price.
Breakfast: the included American breakfast is served from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Cancellations for regular dates: if you cancel at least 15 days before arrival, you may request a deposit refund or change your dates. After this deadline, only a date change to a non-holiday period is permitted; the deposit is not refunded. Coordinate the change with reception.
No-show: if a guest does not arrive and gives no notice, the deposit is not refunded.
Holidays: a minimum stay of two nights applies to all holidays. Reservations are non-refundable; date changes are permitted, but not to another holiday period. Coordinate the change with reception.
Are holiday reservations refundable? No. Holiday reservations are non-refundable. Contact reception to confirm the conditions of your reservation.
How much does a room cost? For regular dates: single rooms from USD 35, double rooms from USD 60, triple rooms from USD 85, quadruple rooms from USD 90 and quintuple rooms from USD 100 per room, per night, including VAT and American breakfast. These rates do not apply during holidays. Compare rooms and indicative rates.
