How much do our rooms cost?
For regular dates, our indicative single-room rates start at USD 35 per night. A double room for two guests has an indicative rate of USD 60 per night, including American breakfast.

Some rooms are on upper floors and accessed by stairs. Tell us about mobility requirements before booking. Occupancy and bed layout must be confirmed; room capacity cannot be exceeded.
You can also enquire about the Superior Triple with Balcony: one double bed and two single beds, with a maximum occupancy of three guests. Confirm availability and the rate with reception.
Conditions for planning your stay
Prices and VAT: the indicative rates on this page include VAT and American breakfast. Holiday rates are quoted separately.
Deposit: a 20% deposit is required for regular dates and 50% for holidays. The usual deadline to pay the deposit is 24 hours. Coordinate payment and reservation confirmation with reception.
Payments: we accept cash, bank transfers and cards, with no surcharge for the payment method.
Children and cots: children aged 3 and under stay at no charge when sharing a bed with their parents. Children aged 15 and under who are charged receive a USD 5 discount per child, per night. Provide their ages and confirm the bed layout when requesting a quote. Cots are not available.
Pets: pets are accepted on request. A one-time fee of USD 35 per pet, per stay applies. Confirm pet admission with reception before booking. In common areas, pets must be on a leash, remain beside their owner and avoid noise that disturbs other guests.
Early check-in and late check-out: each carries a surcharge of 50% of the nightly rate for the room type booked. You may request arrival up to 6 hours before the standard check-in time or departure up to 6 hours after the standard check-out time. Coordinate your request with reception before your stay.
Luggage: you can leave your bags in our luggage storage at no charge.
Accessibility: we have wheelchair access and one adapted room for guests with disabilities. Confirm availability and your specific requirements with reception before booking. There is no lift; other rooms require stairs.
Transfers: all transfers have an additional charge. Contact reception to coordinate the service and confirm the price.
Breakfast: the included American breakfast is served from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
Cancellations for regular dates: if you cancel at least 15 days before arrival, you may request a deposit refund or change your dates. After this deadline, only a date change to a non-holiday period is permitted; the deposit is not refunded. Coordinate the change with reception.
No-show: if a guest does not arrive and gives no notice, the deposit is not refunded.
Holidays: a minimum stay of two nights applies to all holidays. Reservations are non-refundable; date changes are permitted, but not to another holiday period. Coordinate the change with reception.

Which room should a solo traveller or couple choose?
For one guest, choose an Economy Single, Standard Single or Superior Queen room. Couples can enquire about a queen or double bed; request a Standard Twin if you prefer separate beds. Superior categories may have a different rate.
Which room should a family choose?
For three guests, enquire about the Standard Triple. For four or five, compare our family rooms and confirm the bed layout. The Quintuple includes one bed on a mezzanine. For more than five guests, enquire about a combination of rooms. Read our family accommodation guide.
Do rates change during holidays or for children?
Yes. Holiday dates may have different prices and booking conditions. Send your exact dates, number of adults and each child's age for a complete quote.

Yes. Contact us at +593 96 350 8378 or use our booking engine. Check-in starts at 2:00 p.m. and check-out is by 11:00 a.m.; different times must be coordinated in advance.
